Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Central London
Salary: £30,000 Base | £40,000–£60,000 Year 1 OTE

The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious graduate looking to launch your career in a fast-paced, high-earning environment?
We are working with an established, high-growth recruitment consultancy specialising in senior and executive-level appointments across private equity and its portfolio companies.
With over 17 years of growth, an international presence and relationships with more than 400 private equity clients, the business offers an excellent platform for ambitious individuals looking to develop a successful career in recruitment.
You'll join an established desk with live vacancies from day one, receive comprehensive training and gain exposure to senior-level recruitment across finance, technology, transformation, data and AI.
The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained in the full 360 recruitment process, developing the commercial and relationship-building skills required to manage your own specialist market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior candidates and clients.
- Identifying and approaching high-calibre professionals for executive-level opportunities.
- Generating new business through proactive outreach and relationship development.
- Managing the full recruitment process, from initial sourcing through to offer negotiation and placement.
- Developing specialist market knowledge and building your own client and candidate network.
- Working towards individual and team targets in a high-performance environment.

Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 base salary.
