Recruitment Consultant - Go-To-Market Technology
Crawley | Hybrid - 1 day WFH
£28,000 - £35,000 Base | 10-30% Commission | £80-100K realistic OTE
If you want to recruit into one of the most commercially exciting areas of technology, this is a strong place to do it.
You’ll join a small, fast-growing recruitment business partnering with investor-backed technology startups and scaleups, helping them build the commercial teams that take great products to market.
These are businesses operating across areas like AI, SaaS, Cybersecurity and Enterprise Technology, often backed by leading Venture Capital and growth investors and scaling quickly across the US and Europe.
The Market
Go-To-Market recruitment is all about helping technology businesses turn innovation into revenue.
A startup can build an exceptional product, but it still needs the right people to sell it, position it, implement it and grow its customer base.
You could be recruiting:
- Account Executives
- Sales Leaders
- Customer Success
- Partnerships & Alliances
- Solutions Engineers
- Pre-Sales
- Revenue Operations
- Product Marketing
- Commercial Leadership
That means you’re working directly with companies at some of the most important points in their growth journey.
One month you could be helping an AI business build its first enterprise sales team. The next, you could be supporting a VC-backed SaaS company as it expands into a new international market.

The Opportunity
You’ll join a relatively small team at an exciting stage of growth, giving you more visibility and opportunity than you’d typically get inside a large recruitment business.
You’ll work across both candidate and client relationships, learning how to recruit into high-growth technology businesses and becoming increasingly commercial as your market knowledge develops.
The client base gives you exposure to businesses that are genuinely scaling, raising investment and building out their Go-To-Market functions.
Who They’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Technology recruitment experience highly desirable
- Commercially minded and ambitious
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a high-performance environment
- Interested in startups, technology and commercial growth
- Motivated by high deal values and strong commission potential
You don’t need to have recruited specifically into GTM before, but you should be excited by working with fast-growth technology companies and commercially focused candidates.
