About the role
For experienced recruiters exploring self-employment for the first time, who want to make the move without losing the structure that helps them feel secure. What you'll be doing
- Qualifying opportunities, engaging candidates, and closing placements, while Myn's AI and automation take care of the rest
- Building your own desk within your chosen specialty, if that's the direction you want
- Developing long-term candidate relationships
- Using Myn's AI-powered platform to manage activity efficiently

What we're looking for
- Agency or internal recruitment experience, ideally in tech or product hiring
- A track record of building solid candidate and stakeholder relationships
- Confident managing your own workload and priorities
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and know when to seek support
