InterEx Group is growing, and we’re looking for driven, competitive, and ambitious graduates to join our London team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.
You don’t need recruitment experience. You don’t need to know technology. We’ll teach you the rest.
💼 What you’ll be doing:
- Build relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop new business and generate opportunities
- Source and headhunt top technology professionals
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process
- Negotiate deals and close business
- Work towards personal and team targets
- Build your own market and career
