Recruitment Consultant – US Market

c£100k OTE

Newcastle upon Tyne / North East

US hours | Hybrid | Unlimited holidays

Stable10 has had a big 2026!

  • We’ve added five consultants to the team
  • Had a record-breaking summer
  • Getting ready for our Berlin incentive trip, followed by Community Summit in Nashville and SuiteWorld in Las Vegas this October.

And we’re still growing.

We’re looking for experienced recruiters to join our Newcastle team across:

  • Finance & Accounting
  • Microsoft ERP
  • Data & AI
  • Contract Recruitment

We’re open to recruiters with 12+ months’ experience right through to Senior and Principal level. You don’t need previous experience in one of our markets.

The kind of person who’ll do well here?

  • You know when to pick up the phone.
  • You follow things through without being chased.
  • You care about your numbers because they matter to you, not because someone has put them on a spreadsheet.
  • And when there’s an opportunity in front of you, you go after it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

One important thing:

You will work exclusively across the US market. That means working US hours and aligning your day with EST, CST or PST depending on your desk.

We’re especially keen to speak with recruiters based in Newcastle and across the North East who want to be part of the team locally.

If you’re based elsewhere in the UK, we’re still open to a conversation if you’re happy to travel to Newcastle regularly.

If you’re self-sufficient, commercially sharp and want your earnings to reflect your output, let’s talk.
