Industrial Recruitment Consultant
City Resource Ltd | Peterborough
Salary: £28,000 + Uncapped Commission + Career Progression

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, driven, and energetic Recruitment Consultant to join our Peterborough team.
Whether you're already working in recruitment or come from a strong sales, customer service, or account management background, this is an opportunity to join a business where your success is recognised, rewarded, and supported.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same in recruitment. You'll be responsible for:
- Building and developing strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy qualification to placement.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and registering candidates.
- Matching the right people to the right roles.
- Conducting client visits and maintaining regular contact with key accounts.
- Supporting temporary workers and ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Managing compliance and recruitment administration.
- Achieving personal and team targets while contributing to business growth.

What We're Looking For
We're interested in attitude as much as experience. You'll be:
- Confident, motivated, and commercially minded.
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
- Target-driven and ambitious.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or business development would be highly advantageous. Industrial recruitment experience is a bonus but not required.
