Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bristol
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 OTE (Base + Commission)

What you’ll learn and be doing
With full training and support, you’ll be taught how to:
- Work with leading UK and international law firms to understand their hiring needs
- Identify, approach, and engage high-calibre legal candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from first conversation through to offer stage
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop market knowledge and become a trusted advisor
- Work towards clear targets with ongoing coaching and feedback
