Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant

Dudley Town Centre | Future opportunity to be based from our new Wolverhampton office

Due to continued growth, MET Recruitment UK Ltd is looking for another talented individual to join our team.

Whether you're looking to take your first step into recruitment or you're already an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

The opportunity

For someone new to recruitment, you'll receive a full training programme and ongoing mentoring, giving you the skills and knowledge to build a successful long-term career within the industry. You'll learn everything from candidate sourcing and interviewing through to advertising, client engagement, business development and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

If you already have recruitment experience, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own desk, develop existing and new client relationships and play an active part in the continued growth of the business.

Depending on your level of experience, your role will include:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
  • Sourcing, interviewing and engaging candidates
  • Writing and managing job advertising
  • Building and developing strong client relationships
  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Managing vacancies from initial brief through to successful placement
  • Developing your own desk and candidate/client network
  • Contributing to the continued growth of MET Recruitment
