Description

Ainsworth Recruitment is supporting a client that is growing, and looking for a driven, people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants the opportunity to grow their own desk within a supportive agency.

This isn’t just about filling vacancies. It’s about developing strong partnerships, understanding workforce challenges, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the healthcare market
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
  • Conducting sales calls, client meetings, networking, and market research
  • Growing existing accounts and maximising revenue opportunities
  • Creating and implementing strategies to expand your desk

360 Recruitment

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from attraction to placement
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding healthcare professionals
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality candidates
  • Matching candidates to client requirements and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Managing compliance, documentation, and ongoing candidate engagement
