Recruitment Consultant (Entry-Level)
London | £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

We're recruiting for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business in London. The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying top talent, building relationships with candidates and supporting businesses with their hiring needs.
You'll learn how to source candidates, qualify opportunities, manage recruitment processes and develop long-term relationships with both clients and professionals. Recruitment is a fast-paced, rewarding career that combines sales, business development, consulting and relationship management.

What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking and headhunting activities.
- Building relationships with professionals and understanding their career aspirations.
- Managing candidate pipelines across multiple vacancies and industries.
- Conducting candidate screening calls and assessing suitability for opportunities.
- Writing engaging outreach messages to attract and engage passive candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Working closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Developing market knowledge and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records within the company's CRM and Applicant Tracking System.
- Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements.
- Contributing ideas and market insights to improve recruitment strategies and hiring outcomes.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, business development, account management or other customer-facing positions would be advantageous but is not essential.
