£25,500-£28,000 dependent on experience + commission
We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join Liquid Personnel who are the UK's number one social work agency.
In this role you will build relationships with qualified social workers, placing them into permanent positions whilst driving business development and maintaining strong partnerships with clients like local authorities.
In this role, you will:
- Manage the full permanent recruitment process for qualified social workers, from sourcing, screening, selecting and processing offers.
- Drive business development with new clients through cold calls, promoting our services and negotiating new terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients like local authorities, to generate repeat opportunities.
