£28,000 - £33,000 per annum + uncapped commission paid every 4 weeks

Location: Leeds
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum + uncapped commission paid every 4 weeks
Position: Full-time, permanent
Work Setup: Office-based for the first 3 months, then hybrid working (1-2 days from home)
Requirement: Driving licence required

We're hiring experienced recruiters to join our Leeds office on either our HR recruitment desk or our sales recruitment desk.
Both desks offer the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships, grow your market and maximise your earnings through uncapped commission, backed by the strength of the Reed brand and an experienced local team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and developing a specialist recruitment desk
- Building relationships with new and existing clients across Yorkshire
- Growing market share through business development and networking
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to offer and placement
- Sourcing, interviewing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates
- Working towards clear financial and performance objectives with uncapped earning potential
