Recruitment Consultant – HR, Finance & Property
If you're an experienced, hardworking, and results-driven recruitment consultant, this could be your next opportunity. You'll specialise in recruiting professionals into central support functions across the specialist healthcare sector, covering four core areas: HR, Finance, Marketing, and Property & Estates. You'll play a crucial role in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth recruitment journey focused on quality and impactful solutions.

You'll balance business development, account management, and candidate relationships while having the autonomy to work across your specialist areas in your own way. You'll work with existing client relationships and have access to an active talent pool right from day one.
Profile
- Significant, proven track record in recruitment, ideally within professional services, central support functions, or a similar specialist market
- Experience recruiting into one or more of HR, Finance, Marketing, or Property & Estates is highly desirable
- Knowledge of, or a genuine interest in, the healthcare sector
- A strong work ethic with a sense of humour
- Resilience, motivation, and a drive to build a market as your own
- Commercial mindset and passion for the job
- Degree qualified (beneficial)
- Proactive and "can-do" attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- A genuine interest in building long-term professional relationships
- Drive to succeed and improve your future

Salary
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
