Our Cardiff HR division is looking for an ambitious and driven recruiter to join a successful team with a strong reputation in the market. What Your Role Looks Like
- Grow business through proactive networking, client visits, and face-to-face engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with HR professionals across private sector, SME, and manufacturing markets.
- Attend, contribute to, and host HR networking events to increase your market presence.
- Source, qualify, and place HR professionals into permanent roles.
- Market standout candidates and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (professional services ideal) or strong B2B sales background with stakeholder management.
- Credibility and confidence when engaging with HR Managers, Heads of People, and decision-makers.
- Natural networker with strong business development skills.
- Commercially aware, organised, target-driven, and motivated by building a profitable desk.
