Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer (Space Sector)
Location: Bristol City Centre
Salary: Dependent on experience
Package: Basic Salary + Commission + Training + Progression + Benefits
NewSpace Technical is growing, and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer/ Delivery Consultant to join our Bristol team.
We work in one of the most exciting markets in recruitment: the global space sector. Our clients include rocket companies, satellite manufacturers, AI-powered satellite businesses, engineering teams, software teams, and commercial space organisations across the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Founded by experienced recruiters with engineering and technical backgrounds, NewSpace Technical has seen strong growth over the last 6 months. As one of our early hires, you will have the chance to build a desk, shape your market, and grow with the business as we scale.
The Role
You will be involved in:
- Recruitment across the NewSpace sector
- Engineering, technology, and commercial roles
- Candidate sourcing, outreach, and market mapping
- Client development and account management
- Building a desk within a market of your choice
- Working alongside experienced recruiters
The Person
We are looking for someone with:

- Recruitment or resourcing experience
- A driven, ambitious, and proactive attitude
- An interest in engineering, technology, or the space sector
- A desire to work in a start-up environment
- Strong communication skills
Experience in engineering, technical, or commercial recruitment would be a bonus, but attitude and work ethic are just as important.
