WE'RE HIRING: Recruitment Consultant - Tech & SaaS
Are you a target-driven, commercially minded sales or recruitment professional looking to step into the high-growth world of Global Tech & SaaS executive search?
We are an award-winning, fast-growing executive search partner supporting high-growth Enterprise Software, SaaS, and AI businesses across EMEA, APAC, and the US. After generating over £1M in revenue in our first year and expanding into the US market, we are expanding our team in Poole, Dorset.
The Opportunity
You will join a specialist consultancy focused on placing top-tier Go-To-Market (GTM) talent including Account Executives, Business Development Executives, and commercial leaders into some of the world's leading SaaS companies.
- Warm Client Base: The client relationships and sales are already established. Your core focus is sourcing, headhunting, and engaging top-tier talent.
- Phone-Led & Outbound: This is an active, fast-paced role. You'll build candidate pipelines, execute high-volume outbound calling, and drive placements.

What We Offer
- Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic (DOE)
- Uncapped Commission: Up to 40% commission (achievable OTE of £80k-£100k+ in Year 2)
- Work-Life Balance: Hybrid model (3 days in the Poole office / 2 days WFH) + Unlimited Holiday

Who You Are

- Proactive Communicator: Comfortable picking up the phone, building rapport, and executing high-volume outbound activity.
- Resilient & Competitive: Tenacious attitude with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Background: B2B sales, phone sales, or recruitment experience is a plus, as is an interest in Tech/SaaS.
- Location: Poole, Dorset (Hybrid)
- Role: Full-time, Permanent
