Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Recruitment Consultant will source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring all staff supplied are appropriately DBS cleared and meet safeguarding standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, building talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and matching candidates to client requirements within the catering and hospitality sectors. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing a consistent, high-quality service. The Recruitment Consultant will also manage candidate documentation, coordinate placements, and support ongoing workforce planning and retention.

  • Ideally possess skills in Recruitment, to effectively build and manage talent pipelines.
  • Skills in Consulting to provide advisory support and tailored staffing solutions.
  • Knowledge of Interviewing to screen candidates thoroughly and assess suitability for roles and safeguarding requirements.
  • Communication skills to interact confidently with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Experience in hospitality or catering recruitment, including knowledge of DBS and safeguarding regulations, is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency with recruitment systems and basic office software.
  • Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is advantageous.
