In House Recruiter

SUEZ are looking for an In House Recruiter who will play a key role in attracting and hiring talented professionals, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or recruitment researcher looking to develop their career within a purpose-driven organisation focused on sustainability, innovation, and long-term growth.

Salary: £32, 937 - £38,636

Benefits: up to 10% annual bonus, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, 3x life assurance policy, 5% employer pension, sick pay, retailer discounts, WeCare and additional benefits.

Location: Weston-Super-Mare - Hybrid working 3 x per week in the office

Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday

What will I be doing?

Working closely with hiring managers, you'll deliver an outstanding end-to-end recruitment experience while building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Unlike many recruitment roles, there are no business development targets or cold-calling requirements. Instead, you'll focus on partnering with internal stakeholders, identifying high-quality talent, and helping shape the future workforce of a leading environmental services organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and operational vacancies.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and candidate networks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide expert advice.
  • Deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Support workforce planning and future talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous recruitment experience gained either in-house or within a recruitment consultancy.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles within operations, energy, manufacturing, production, engineering, or related sectors.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to inclusive recruitment practices and delivering a great candidate experience.
