Recruitment Consultant | Industrial Temps

Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler's House, Tylers Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS1 2BB

Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home following your induction period

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Southend office, specialising in the Industrial Temporaries sector across Southend and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a specialist desk, build lasting client relationships and connect talented candidates with opportunities across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and industrial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building and developing relationships with industrial clients across Southend and the surrounding areas
  • Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
  • Taking job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
  • Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates
  • Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
  • Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
  • Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates

Who We're Looking For

  • Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing or a related sector
  • Strong business development and relationship building skills
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
