Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Birmingham
Are you interested in building a specialist sales career and becoming a six-figure earner? No experience needed
g2 are infamous for developing Top Performers through extensive training, clear career progression and uncapped financial incentives. Now, g2 Birmingham are hiring - we are looking for hardworking individuals & ambitious graduates to join our City Centre office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and headhunting top candidates
- Building and managing your own client portfolio
- Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- Becoming a specialist in the UK Government Finance & Property sectors

What we're looking for:
- No experience required – we are looking for ambition and a winning mindset

What's in it for you:
- Base Salary: £25,000 - £26,000+
- Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3

Location:
Birmingham City Centre – B3 2HB (must live within a commutable distance from the office)
Interview Process:
- 1st stage: Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
- 2nd stage: Teams call
- 3rd stage: Face-to-face interview in the Birmingham office
- Offer: Walk away from your face-to-face interview with an offer on the same day!
