Adjacency Recruitment, the region's leading Mid to Senior-level recruiter, is currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working alongside and develop with established, proven recruiters.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Adjacency Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to develop your professional recruitment capabilities from experienced professionals in the industry and will be given the tools and resources necessary to build relationships with clients and candidates that will ensure success.

What you'll do
- Be given the training and development to operate as a 360-degree consultant
- You will be treated as an adult, and given the chance to stamp your mark on the sector
- Collaborate with clients to understand their current / future / long-range hiring needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Utilise the strong platforms and job boards we invest heavily in (that most don't!) that ensure you attract the right talent pool.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
- Negotiate offers and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Integrate yourself with a large number of established clients, locally and farther afield.
