Voted as a "Best Place to Work" in the UK twice in a row, as well as a Great Place to Work in the Sunday Times 2025!

"I love the money! But also the team I work with, I’ve made great friends and the social aspect is a big bonus too. Linq has a great team on both contract and perm and this makes the office environment a great place to work."

"My highlight at Linq so far has been the month I received my payslip and saw commission figures I’ve never been able to reach in my 4 years of recruitment before coming here. It’s made me realise what can actually be achieved if you work hard."

"My favourite thing about Linq is the people around me here; having a tough job is made so much easier when you have good people around you who are creating a good energy, making you laugh, supporting you on the down days and giving you a reason to look forward to going into the office each day"

  • A few quotes from our current superstars, can you be our next one?

Are you an ambitious individual, driven to achieve and have tons of energy? Are you empathetic yet competitive, enjoy making a real difference and want to work in an industry that genuinely changes lives?

Well joining Linq Recruitment Specialists could be the start of an extremely rewarding career where you will be pushed to be the best within the industry and change the perception of the "typical" recruiter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
