My client, a pre-eminent Tech Recruitment company in the Reading area, is seeking ambitious, target-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to join them as a Recruitment Consultant.

Average Earnings
- First year: £45-50k
- Second year: £70k
- Third year and beyond: £100k+

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Make sales calls to bring in new business
- Keep in touch with existing business contacts
- Use online tools to effectively network with clients and candidates
- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Maintain strong relationships in the market
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant
- Excellent communication skills
- Target or goal-oriented
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Independently motivated
- Team player
- Strong work ethic
