£32,000 – £35,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated sales professional to lead a busy recruitment desk within a well-regarded consultancy. Based in Sheffield, this role offers full autonomy and the chance to make a measurable impact in a high-demand market.
We’re looking for a commercially astute Recruitment Consultant to take a full-cycle position that combines candidate sourcing, client engagement, and business development. It will be ideal for someone who thrives on variety and ownership.

Role Overview
- Manage a desk focused on placing permanent candidates across multiple sectors.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and compliance checks.
- Oversee referencing, skills testing, and daily workforce coordination.
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular site visits and proactive service.
- Drive revenue through targeted sales, marketing, and networking initiatives.
