Trainee Recruitment Consultant

September 2026 Academy Intake

Location: Old Street, London (5 days per week during the Academy)

Salary: £25,000–£28,000 + Uncapped Commission (up to 50%)

Start Date: 14th September 2026

Trinnovo Group is hiring for our September 2026 Recruitment Academy.

This 8-week programme is designed for people at the beginning of their career who are excited by learning, building relationships and developing a successful career in recruitment. You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching and clear progression from day one.

You'll join Trust in SODA, our award-winning technology recruitment brand, partnering with some of the world's most innovative businesses across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Product and Digital Technology throughout the UK, Europe and North America.

No recruitment experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What you'll be doing

  • Learning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
  • Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Becoming a specialist within the technology market
  • Headhunting and networking with technology professionals
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial brief through to placement
  • Developing sales, negotiation and business development skills
  • Working alongside experienced consultants who will support your development

You must be able to commute to our London office and work on-site five days per week throughout the Academy.
