Skillsearch is looking to build their team of Recruiters.
From our Brighton HQ we specialise in recruiting globally in the Video Game and Immersive Technology sectors. Our clients are household names through to independent games developers and other companies in the ecosystem.
Over the last 15 years we have established ourselves as a leader within our field by creating long lasting relationships with companies and job seekers alike. We do this by making sure everything we do is done with integrity and by being passionate about the industry we work in.
We are looking to hire a 360 Consultant from either a recruitment or sales background (for those not already in recruitment a 360 recruiter does business development to generate their own clients and resources the candidates to fill the roles with those clients).
You will have:
- B2B sales experience. Ideally a mix of written (email/Inmail), telephone and face to face sales
- Resilience - you'll get a lot of rejections when working towards a positive outcome
- A sense of ownership of your activity - you'll treat your desk like your business within the company
- A mindset that all outreach needs to lead to conversations
- Strong communication skills and be happy to talk to anyone

You will:
- Proactively outreach to games studios across the globe
- Have full training in recruitment and the Games industry. We are a team of very experienced recruiters and have operated in the Games space for around 15 years
- Get access to a cutting edge suite of tools to help with your recruitment activity
- Be encouraged to meet clients where practical, including at games events such as Gamescom, Cologne
- Sell a series of complementary recruitment solutions
- Take detailed vacancy briefs and source appropriate candidates for all the roles. Few of our placements are made through job advertisements so proactivity in sourcing is crucial
- Ideally have an interest in Video Games - Mobile, PC or Console
- Build the Skillsearch brand

This is a hybrid working from our central Brighton HQ (North Street).
Remuneration will consist of base salary + commission.
