We're Hiring: Recruitment Consultant | Framlingham, Suffolk
Jackson Barnes Recruitment is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Framlingham team.
A bit about us
Jackson Barnes Recruitment specialises in sourcing talent for B2B events companies across the UK and internationally. We recruit from early careers to MD level across Conference and Content Production, Event Marketing, Sponsorship and Delegate Sales, and Event Operations, for clients mostly based in London and further afield across Europe, the US and Australia.
The role
Based in Framlingham with flexible hybrid working, you will manage recruitment processes end to end, from sourcing and screening candidates through to presenting shortlists and supporting offers. You will:

- Benefit from warm client accounts which we'd love to nurture and develop
- Working closely with both candidates and clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking client briefs through to offer
- Source and build relationships with candidates across our core disciplines
- Screen and interview candidates against client briefs
- Manage candidate pipelines and build your own network within the B2B events industry
- Contribute to business development and help maintain our reputation for professional, tailored service
What we're looking for
- A genuine interest in people and relationship building
- Strong communication skills, resilience and curiosity
- Bright, enthusiastic and motivated
- Recruitment experience preferred, but not essential; full training and support provided
- Based in or around Suffolk, and willing to commute to Framlingham 3 days a week.
