Recruitment Consultant (Permanent & Contract Recruitment)

Airswift is growing and we're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Manchester team as Recruitment Consultants. We have opportunities across both permanent and contract recruitment, offering a genuine 360 recruitment role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing strong client and candidate relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is motivated by building relationships, winning new business, and achieving success.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development through to candidate placement.
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and win new business opportunities within your market.
- Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of recruitment methods.
- Qualify candidates and manage them throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions across permanent and contract hiring requirements.
- Negotiate offers and support successful placements.
- Represent Airswift's full suite of workforce solutions in client-facing and internal environments.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across global teams to deliver outstanding results.
