We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Change & Technology team, working across a growing market with a strong pipeline of opportunities.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our Change & Technology team, you’ll build and manage relationships with both clients and candidates, specialising in roles across areas such as:

  • Data & Analytics
  • Technology & IT
  • Business Change & Transformation
  • Project & Programme Management
  • Digital
  • Cyber & Information Security
  • Change Management

You’ll have responsibility for developing your own market, winning new business, managing existing client relationships and delivering high-quality candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a couple of years experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Data & Analytics recruitment
  • Technology / IT recruitment
  • Change & Transformation recruitment

Insurance recruitment experience is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your recruitment track record, commercial mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
