Recruitment Consultant - Legal

Legal Division | London (Borough, SE1)

£26,500-£40,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (receive up to 40% of billings, realistically £30k-£75k on top of basic salary in year 1) + many more benefits

Henderson Scott's Legal Division is well regarded and respected in London and continues to grow - and we're now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing London Legal team, based in our modern Borough offices, moments from The Shard.

You'll be joining a mature, successful Legal recruitment function, working alongside experienced consultants who recruit across private practice and in-house legal markets. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop within a credible, professional legal brand, supported by strong leadership, active clients, established candidate relationships and an expert understanding of the London legal recruitment market.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a 360 Legal recruitment desk
  • Supporting law firms and in-house legal teams across London and the South
  • Working live roles and developing client relationships
  • Building strong candidate networks within your legal market
  • Learning from senior consultants while developing your own desk

You'll be supported to grow at the right pace, with clear expectations and the backing of an experienced Legal leadership team.

Who we're looking for:

  • Recruitment experience preferred (legal ideal but not essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and ambition
  • A professional, team-oriented mindset
  • Someone looking to build a long-term career in Legal recruitment
