About the Role
Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to take the next step in your recruitment career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join a well-established team in the Leeds-based international construction recruitment team.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will have the chance to work alongside a highly experienced team, giving you the opportunity to learn from the best and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a strong presence internationally and a multitude of PSL agreements in place, you will have access to a wide range of clients and candidates, providing you with the opportunity to build and grow your own desk.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with ideally experience in the construction industry or international recruitment. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A strong network of contacts within the industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates will be essential for success in this role.
