Recruitment Consultant (Manchester, City Centre Office Location)

Data Centre Market (UK & Europe)

This is a chance to start your recruitment career in one of the most in-demand and consistently growing infrastructure sectors in the world.

You’ll focus on engaging specialist construction and engineering professionals across Data Centre projects, learning how to build relationships in niche markets and support high-value infrastructure programmes with critical talent needs.

This is a role built on communication, curiosity, and the ability to develop deep market expertise.

About the Team

Our Mission Critical division supports some of the most important infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.

We operate at the centre of the construction and engineering ecosystem, partnering with contractors, consultancies, and developers delivering large-scale, high-value projects across critical infrastructure. With a strong presence across major European locations and long-standing sector relationships, we are trusted to connect specialist talent with the teams delivering the infrastructure powering digital and industrial growth.

Our approach is relationship-led and built on deep market understanding, giving candidates and clients a highly specialist, insight-driven recruitment experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Map and research high-quality talent across UK & European Mission Critical sectors, focusing on specialist skill sets and key talent locations
  • Identify and engage passive and active candidates
  • Build long-term relationships with specialist construction and engineering professionals
  • Screen and qualify candidates through structured conversations
  • Manage interview processes and candidate experience through to offer stage
  • Support live vacancies and project-driven hiring needs
  • Continuously develop your understanding of the Mission Critical market, project cycles, and specialist skill sets.
