- Up to £35,500 (with experience) plus uncapped bonus

Are you a driven recruiter ready to take ownership of a desk and make it your own?
Join Reed’s Marketing & Creative team in Reading, where you’ll have the opportunity to revive and rebuild a previously high-performing desk, backed by a hands-on, high-performing manager.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on business development, relationship building, and creating success from the ground up.

Your Role
- Rebuild & Grow the Desk: Reignite a previously successful market through proactive business development
- Business Development: Identify, approach, and win new clients while re-engaging lapsed relationships
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement
- Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt and attract high-quality marketing & creative professionals
- Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate: Work with your team to maximise opportunities across the wider business
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced recruiters (any sector welcome – commercial, Tech or professional services backgrounds ideal)
- Strong B2B sales professionals with a passion for business development and growth
- Confident, resilient communicators who enjoy winning new business
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive when given ownership and autonomy
- Team players who are eager to learn, share, and succeed together
- An interest in Marketing & Creative markets is a plus
