Year 1 OTE (On target earnings) = £45k Year 2 OTE = £57k Year 3 OTE = £79k

Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for becoming an expert in the building services sector whilst you specialize in either Electrical, Mechanical, Public Health Engineering, Sustainability, or Specialist Disciplines.
We live in a day and age where high-level talent is hard to find. We find them, engage them, and nurture our relationships, so when they are ready, they trust us with the role of representing them on their journey to find their next employer.

Your Responsibilities
- Build a network of high-quality candidates who want to work with you.
- Build a network of customers who want to buy these candidates from you.
- Do as many deals as you can.
You will do this via a variety of sales channels to engage people and build your personal brand alongside the Marchwood brand. As a sales consultant, you are responsible for building a long-term billing pipeline whilst also spotting strategic short-term opportunities. The harder you work, the luckier you will get.
We utilise a variety of media to engage our market, the main ones are:
