Trainee Recruitment Consultant | £28,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | London

2026 Graduate? Competitive, ambitious and looking for a career where your hard work actually pays off?

If you’re someone who loves a challenge, enjoys being competitive and wants a career where your performance directly impacts your earnings, recruitment could be exactly what you’re looking for.

Recruitment is fast-paced, social and highly commercial. You’ll be building relationships, negotiating deals and competing to be the best – with uncapped commission rewarding you every time you succeed.

Why Recruitment?

Forget the typical graduate job where everyone starts on the same salary and waits years for their next promotion.

In recruitment, the better you perform, the more you earn and the faster you progress. Graduates at this business have:

  • Earned £55,000+ in their first year
  • Progressed into management within three years
  • Had top performers earn £250,000 by their third year

If you’re ambitious and willing to put the work in, there’s no ceiling on where you can go.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
