Trainee Recruitment Consultant | £28,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | London

Founded in 2014, our client is a global recruitment business specialising in IT, Construction and Engineering. What will you actually be doing?
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the recruitment process from the ground up, including:
- Finding and interviewing candidates
- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Speaking to businesses and winning new clients
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Building your professional network
- Developing your own personal brand
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Growing your own desk and becoming an expert in your market
