Your New Office

Hays Leicester is home to our leading Construction & Property team. Based in our modern city-centre location, you'll be joining an experienced and well-established team with an excellent reputation across the Architecture and House Building markets.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful, highly respected team and take ownership of a warm Architecture desk covering the entire Central region. You'll have access to a warm client base, active vacancies and a strong network of candidates from day one, providing the foundations to quickly build billings and progress your career. With average fees of £7,000-£8,000 per placement and uncapped commission, this is a fantastic opportunity to maximise your earning potential while becoming a recognised specialist in your market.

You will focus on permanent recruitment across the Architecture and House Building sectors, recruiting for a range of specialist roles including Architects, Design Managers, CAD Technicians and Revit Technicians, partnering with architectural practices, developers, housebuilders and multidisciplinary consultancies across the Central region.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll gain exposure to a variety of activities while being supported by a structured training and development programme from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, interview and match high-quality candidates to suitable opportunities.
  • Build relationships with new and existing clients through proactive business development activities.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking a brief through to offer negotiation.
  • Develop specialist market expertise and become a trusted recruitment partner within the Architecture and House Building sectors.
  • Take accountability for achieving targets and contributing to the growth and profitability of Hays.
  • Play an active role in our vibrant and inclusive culture, celebrating personal and team success.
