Furza helps fast-growth and PE-backed businesses build commercial teams that perform. We recruit, train, and support sales talent from early careers through to senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and take ownership of our Talent division.

The Role

You'll run the Furza Talent desk end to end, shaping our clients' next growth phase. The role will work closely with Directors and the wider team to deliver senior recruitment projects, manage client and candidate relationships, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting and delivering executive search assignments for senior-level roles, with a strong understanding of the expectations and requirements involved in identifying and engaging exceptional leadership talent.

What You'll Do

  • Winning and growing client relationships through proactive business development and consultative account management.
  • Attracting, assessing, and engaging top candidates through targeted sourcing and networking.
  • Managing senior candidates through interview to offer.
  • Working closely with a high-performing team, sharing knowledge, and driving results together.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience placing commercial and sales talent.
  • Track record at the senior end, or clear evidence you're ready for it.
  • Comfortable with business development, not just delivery.
  • Commercially minded and motivated by long-term career progression and earning potential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An individual who wants to become a genuine market specialist within private equity and commercial recruitment.
