Job Opportunity: Recruitment Consultant

Due to increasing demand and growth opportunities, we're creating dedicated specialist areas to allow greater focus, stronger client engagement, and increased market share. We're expanding our Specialist Human Resources Recruitment team across the region and are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a dedicated HR Interim recruitment desk which covers the Thames Valley. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a specialist market, build long-term client partnerships, and create a high-performing desk with significant growth potential.

This is an established and highly successful team you will be joining. You will be working alongside 4 senior individuals who have over 65 years of agency recruitment experience between them. The team includes some of our highest performers in their field nationally and already have a long list of established client relationships which have existed for over a decade.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and developing a specialist HR network of candidates available for interim/temp work
  • Conducting candidate registration interviews, assessing skills and suitability for the above job titles
  • Winning new business and growing existing client relationships
  • Conducting high-quality business development calls and meetings to both new and existing clients
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle from job brief to placement and ongoing aftercare
  • Attending regular networking opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
  • Driving profitable growth through a consultative recruitment approach
