The Opportunity

Following continued growth, White Label Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Supply Chain, Purchasing and Senior Manufacturing team, working alongside one of our most experienced Principal Consultants. You will have regular opportunities to work on senior level appointments, offering excellent earning potential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a well-established and successful market, initially focusing on sourcing high-quality candidates and supporting a Principal Consultant who has spent almost 10 years building an exceptional reputation within the Supply Chain and Senior Manufacturing sectors.

As you develop your market knowledge, confidence and recruitment skills, you'll have the opportunity to gradually become more involved in the client side of the role, with a clear progression path towards managing your own client relationships and building your own desk over time.

What We Offer

  • Salary - £26,500 - £32,000 dependant on experience
  • Uncapped commission of up to 30%, with no threshold or cap.
  • Assist Scheme paying 4% of deal value.
  • 4.5-day working week, finishing at lunchtime every Friday.
  • Work from home 1 day a week.
  • 4 day week- For principal levels subject to revenue on target (offered after 12 months in the business)
  • 23–25 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity packages.
  • Central Manchester office.
  • We take our tech seriously. Continued investment and research in recruitment technology.
  • Incentive trips, with previous destinations including Ibiza, Amsterdam, Poland, Snowboxx and the Chester races.
  • Lunch clubs and breakfast clubs at some of Manchester's best restaurants.
  • £15 monthly gym contribution and optional team gym sessions.
  • Experienced in-house support team to help you focus on billing.

About you

Ideally, you'll have:

  • At least two successful years' experience in a recruitment role.
  • An Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial/Supply Chain/Procurement recruitment background is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach and strong self-motivation.
  • A genuine interest in building long-term relationships with experience of face to face meetings being a bonus.
  • A desire to learn, develop and be part of a collaborative team.
  • A positive attitude and plenty of enthusiasm, bringing energy to the team and a genuine passion for delivering a great service to both clients and candidates.
  • Confidence using technology and the ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems and recruitment tools. We're always investing in the latest tech, so you'll enjoy finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.
