About the Role

At Rotate Recruitment, we’re continuing to grow our Buildings & Real Estate division and are looking for an experienced, driven, and people-focused Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the team.

You’ll work closely with experienced Directors who have built long-standing relationships across the property and construction consultancy sector, giving you the platform, support, and credibility to further develop your own desk and client base.

Base salary DOE + Uncapped commission - Year 1 OTE (Consultant) £50,000 - £70,000 / (Senior) £65,000 - £90,000

We partner with some of the UK’s most recognised names, including Savills, Ridge, and Cushman & Wakefield, alongside a wide network of leading consultancies. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your market, build meaningful client relationships, and accelerate your recruitment career within a business that does things differently.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development through to placement and aftercare.
  • Building and developing strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
  • Sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates across the Buildings & Real Estate market (including Building Surveying, CDM, Fire Engineering, Project Management, Cost Management, and related disciplines).
  • Leading on interviews, offers, and negotiations, ensuring a smooth and professional process throughout.
  • Creating targeted marketing campaigns and job adverts to attract top talent.
  • Keeping your pipeline organised and up to date, maintaining high standards across all recruitment activity.
  • Contributing to the growth of the division, sharing market insight and supporting junior team members where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
