Our London team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants with 0–12 months of experience who are ready to develop their skills, take on greater responsibility and build a successful long-term career in recruitment.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play an important role in connecting exceptional candidates with leading organisations while developing your own specialist market.

  • Work across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates through to managing client relationships, negotiating offers and successfully closing placements.
  • Develop your commercial skills, build new business and establish your own network within the technology market.
  • With structured training, ongoing coaching and support from experienced leaders, you'll have everything you need to develop from a junior consultant into a high-performing Recruitment Consultant and future leader.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Source and engage candidates through headhunting, networking, referrals and online platforms
  • Conduct candidate interviews and understand their experience, motivations and career goals
  • Match candidates with suitable opportunities and manage the recruitment process through to placement
  • Support and develop existing client relationships
  • Identify opportunities to generate new business and develop your own client portfolio
  • Build a strong network within your specialist technology market
  • Develop commercial knowledge and become an expert within your chosen sector
  • Negotiate offers and confidently work towards closing opportunities
  • Manage your own pipeline and work towards individual and team targets
  • Learn from experienced consultants and continuously develop your recruitment and sales skills

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has 0–12 months of recruitment experience and is ready to take their development to the next level.

You should be:

  • Ambitious and motivated by achieving results
  • Commercially minded and interested in sales and business development
  • Confident communicating with both candidates and clients
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection and setbacks
  • Competitive and driven to achieve your goals
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets
  • A strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
  • Hard-working, proactive and willing to take ownership
  • Interested in building a long-term career within recruitment and sales
  • Able to work from our London office five days per week

Previous recruitment experience is essential, but we're open to candidates from a range of recruitment backgrounds who can demonstrate the attitude, drive and potential to succeed.
