🚨 TCG is hiring 2 x Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultants to join Talent Connect Group (TCG) in Dubai and build with us in the NYC tech market. 🇺🇸 🇦🇪

TCG is going from strength to strength.

We’ve just come off the back of 3 record months, and based on our current pipeline, we have the potential to double that again this quarter.

Now I’m looking for two experienced recruiters to join our Dubai HQ in DIFC and focus exclusively on the New York tech market.

And this isn’t your standard recruitment opportunity.

What’s on offer:

  • Commission up to 60%
  • Average fee size of $50k
  • 0% personal income tax in Dubai
  • Quarterly trips to NYC 🗽
  • Opportunity to spend extended periods in New York during the Dubai summer
  • Full relocation opportunity to NYC in future
  • A platform built for recruiters who want to bill serious numbers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

To give you an idea of what’s possible, our most recent hire averaged $100k in billings per month across May, June and July after just one full quarter in the industry.

But I want to be clear about the type of people we’re looking for.

Culture fit is everything at TCG.

We have high standards. We work hard. We’re KPI-driven. And we want people who are genuinely ambitious about what they can achieve in recruitment.

In return, you’ll have a clear blueprint designed to get you to your first placement within 30 days and give you a genuine shot at your first $100k month within your first quarter.

I’m happy to hire someone already based in Dubai or relocate the right person from the UK.
