The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and managing a busy white collar temporary desk, recruiting professionals across a range of construction disciplines.
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Source high-quality candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Develop your own desk with the support of an experienced management team
We're Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (construction recruitment is highly desirable)
- A proven track record of developing business and managing client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, motivated, and target-driven approach
