Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in London, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to understand their hiring needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and providing guidance to candidates on CV preparation and interview readiness. The role also involves building long-term relationships with clients, supporting graduate and experienced hiring campaigns, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and service quality.

- Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting for various levels and roles.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and client-facing skills to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidates should possess Interviewing and candidate assessment skills for effective screening and selection.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with clients and candidates.
- Relevant experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably 2+ years in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems, along with basic MS Office skills.
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
