360 Recruitment Consultant — US Markets
Manchester | Commission up to 35% + Annual Profit Share

Recruiting across US mission critical infrastructure, battery supply chain, data centres and energy, this is an opportunity to work directly alongside an owner and build your career in a lucrative market.
One of the founders personally bills around £1.2m on the contract side. You’ll be joining a business with proven client relationships, strong performance and the resources to support your growth.
The role
- Manage existing permanent vacancies and deliver candidates into established accounts
- Develop your own client relationships and win new business
- Take ownership of the full recruitment process, from sourcing through to placement
- Build your market knowledge using the software, data and support provided
- Visit clients and attend industry events in the US

What you’ll bring
- Recruitment experience and confidence working in a 360 role
- The ability to deliver placements and develop client relationships
- A proactive approach and the ability to organise your workload independently
- Strong work ethic, commercial ambition and a clear motivation to succeed
- A Manchester-area base, with time alongside the team initially and greater flexibility once established
Previous experience in these sectors isn’t essential — recruiters from other markets will be considered.
