We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in London.

We support our clients beyond their recruitment requirements, providing detailed one-to-one market intelligence, recruitment trends, and proactive presentation of A-Player passive talent to support practice growth.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant with recruitment and business development experience, ideally within IT and technology verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on clients and candidates in building and developing long-term relationships
- Source candidates through a variety of methods
- All aspects of the recruitment life cycle, including screening, interviewing, and managing the process
- Win new accounts by leveraging or maximizing relationships
- Work with CRMs to understand vacancies and ensure your team priorities match
- Represent our clients well to sell their vacancies
Skills / Experience
- Previous sales, recruitment or BD experience
- Advanced communication skills with a high ability to negotiate with clients and candidates
- Sales-driven mindset, achievement-oriented
- Independent person with good organisational skills
