Recruitment Consultant – Leasehold & Residential Living
Do you want to join a specialist recruitment business that knows property management inside out? PMR is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Leasehold team, with the chance to work on BTR and PBSA roles too.
About PMR
PMR specialises in recruitment across the property management sector. Our desks cover leasehold and block management, Build to Rent, Purpose Built Student Accommodation and the wider Living sector. We know our markets, we build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and we pride ourselves on the quality of every shortlist we send.
The role
You'll be at the heart of our Leasehold desk. You'll find, screen and vet candidates so that every person we put forward is the right fit, technically and culturally. You'll work closely with the consultants on the desk to keep live roles moving, and you'll support our BTR and PBSA desks when they're busy, which will give you broad exposure to the whole residential property market.

What you'll be doing
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, our CRM, referrals and headhunting
- Screening and interviewing candidates in depth, checking their experience, qualifications and motivations against each client's brief
- Getting to know the leasehold market, including block management, property management, service charges, compliance and the roles behind them
- Preparing clear, well-presented candidate profiles and shortlists for consultants and clients
- Arranging interviews and keeping candidates informed and engaged from first call to offer
- Checking references and compliance before a candidate starts
- Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
- Building a strong candidate network and spotting talent for future roles
- Working closely with the wider team to share knowledge, candidates and market insight
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment, resourcing or a similar role (property recruitment experience is a real advantage)
- Or a background in block management, property management or residential lettings, and an interest in moving into recruitment
- A good eye for detail and sound judgement about people
- Confidence on the phone and strong interviewing skills
- Excellent organisation and the ability to handle several roles at once
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Energy, resilience and the drive to hit targets
- A team player who enjoys working with others and backing their colleagues
