If you're a recruiter who wants to accelerate your career and play a genuine role in building something, this is worth a look.
I'm working with a PE-backed specialist AI recruitment business that has built a genuinely world-class team and is now entering its next phase of growth.
The business is already 18 people, with plans to reach 30 this year, before taking the model into the US market. The current focus is AI across DACH.
Why this role?
This isn't about joining another large recruitment business and waiting years for your next promotion.
It's about getting in early, while there is still a huge amount to build.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Work in one of the fastest-growing areas of tech recruitment – AI
- Build a market across DACH, with the US next
- Progress quickly based on performance
- Work alongside a genuinely high-performing team
- Take on responsibility as the business scales
- Play a meaningful role in building the international operation
And importantly, this is a genuine equity and exit story.
The PE investment is there to build significant value in the business, with the ambition of a future exit.
Joining at 18 people rather than 180 means you have the opportunity to genuinely influence what the business becomes — and potentially benefit from that growth.

Who they're looking for
They're open to recruiters with 6 months to 6 years' experience.
You could be relatively early in your recruitment career or already an established consultant — there is room for people at different stages.
What matters most is attitude and commercial mindset.
You want to progress quickly, you're competitive, commercially driven and want to build something rather than simply operate on the same desk for the next few years.
If you're ambitious, enjoy recruitment and want to be part of a high-growth AI business with a genuine equity and exit story, this could be a very good next move.
