Salary: Up to £35,500 basic + uncapped bonus
Location: Swindon (covering Wiltshire & Gloucestershire)

About the role:
You’ll be responsible for developing Reed’s Procurement offering across Swindon and the surrounding Wiltshire & Gloucestershire areas. The desk is already active, with support from an experienced specialist and hands-on manager, giving you a strong foundation to build on.
You’ll recruit across roles including:
- Buyers and Supply Chain professionals
- Procurement Managers and Heads of Procurement
- Senior roles within manufacturing, logistics, and operations
With continued investment in local manufacturing, logistics, and tech businesses, this is a market with long-term opportunity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and grow a warm Procurement recruitment desk
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Win new business while managing existing accounts
- Manage the full recruitment process from role brief to candidate placement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across specialist teams
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A consultative and professional approach
- Commercial awareness and motivation to grow a desk
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred

You’ll join a well-established, multi-specialist office covering Accountancy & Finance, Business Support, Procurement, and Industrial recruitment. The Swindon team is known for its supportive culture, long tenure, and strong track record of internal progression.
