Role Overview
We're looking for a Recruiter to help scale our growing Public Sector offering, working on a cross-disciplinary desk spanning Engineering, User Centred Design & Product Delivery.
This role offers the chance to grow a lucrative contract desk with a clear progression plan in place to manage key accounts, working alongside a small but high performing recruitment team.
What We're Looking For
For this role we are ideally looking for someone with existing knowledge in hiring technical, user centred design and product delivery roles - either in a 180 or 360 role. Experience of having hired into the public sector, or having worked with a client base comprising digital and transformation consultancies is a plus but is by no means essential. We're open to individuals ranging in experience for this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
